Pond Clear

Pond Clear is a very active product for removing floating algae and dirt from pond water. It is an effective remedy against forming of algae and it will prevent any formation of new algae for a longer period of time. Adding the product to the pond water, a harmless flocculation will start forming, as a result of which floating dirt of any type will coagulate and precipitate on the bottom. The water will be crystal clear then.

In soft water (GH less than 8° GH), having a pH value lower than 8, it is recommended to apply half a dosage. You should be aware, however, that algae are enormous oxygen producers. The sudden disappearance of oxygen may result in lack of this element. To prevent algal growth in the long term, at least 40 to 50% of the water surface should be covered with aquatic plants.
